【摘要】 利用PCR及ELISA方法联合检测HBV在肝细胞癌肝组织中及血清标本中的感染情况。HBV -DNA在肝组织与血清标本中的检出率不同 ,分别为 81 3%和 37 5%。血清HBV -DNA的检出与HBsAg不一致。提示血清和肝组织中的HBV -DNA的差异检测结合ELISA可以初步显示HBV在体内的感染情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 HBV was detected in HCC patients’ serum and liver tissue by using PCR and ELISA.The rate of HBV-DNA detected in liver tissue and serum were 81 3% and 37 5% respectively.The different results were determined between HBV-DNA and HBsAg in serum.These results suggested that the different types of HBV infection in HCC were determined more accurately by combining detection of HBV-DNA in different tissues and anti-HBV in serum.
