【摘要】 小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞HCa/A2 -P用含与不含异搏定的培养基体外培养 96h ,利用钙调素对环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶的激活作用测定胞液钙调素含量 ,用药组钙调素平均浓度为 19 1μg/mg蛋白 (n1=6 ) ,对照组为 2 5 6 μg/mg蛋白 (n2 =6 ) ,用药组胞液钙调素含量明显降低 (P <0 0 0 5) ,提示异搏定可能通过影响Ca2 + /钙调素信号途径来影响此肿瘤细胞的生理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mouse ascites hepatoma HCa/A2-P cells were grown for 96 hr in vitro with or without verapamil,a calcium channel blocker,in the medium.Cytosolic calmodulin level was assayed by its ability to stimulate cahmodulin-dependent cyclic phosphodiesterase.The calmodulin level was 19 1 μg/mg protein(n 1 =6)in verapamil-treated cells and 25 6 μg/mg protein(n 2 =6)in control cells.The calmodulin level was significantly decreased in verapamil-treated cells compared with control cells(P<0 005).The results suggest that verapamil may influence the calcium signalling pathways in the hepatoma cells.
