【摘要】 应用MTT比色分析法观察当归补血饮及莪术两味中药在体外对H2 2 、K56 2 、Yac - 1三种肿瘤细胞的影响。结果表明 :10 0mg/ml的当归补血饮对三种肿瘤细胞的抑制率分别为 :30 3%、4 3 4%、 36 7% ;莪术的抑制率分别为 :33 2 %、 4 2 7%、 37 0 % ,与作为阳性对照的环磷酰胺相比无明显差异 (P >0 0 5) ,二者合用 ,抑制效果更为明显。结论 :两种中药均有明显而肯定的抗肿瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The malignant tumor endangered human health seriously.The effects of Dangguibuxue Decoction(DD) and Ezhu on the H 22 ,K 562 and Yac-1 tumor cells in vitro were observed with the MTT assay in order to develop antitumor traditional Chinese medicine.Result:the inhibiting rate of DD to tumor cells were 30 3%,43 4% and 36 7%but Ezhu were 33 2%,42 7% and 37 0%.The difference wasn’t statistically significant(P>0 05)contrasted with CYS as positive control.The DD and Ezhu had better inhibiting effects.Conclusion:The DD and Ezhu had antitumor effects obviously.
