【摘要】 目的 :探讨PCNA、p53、Rb基因产物表达与平滑肌肿瘤良恶性的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化LSAB法检测PCNA、p53、Rb基因产物在 5例平滑肌瘤、 2 7例平滑肌肉瘤的表达情况。结果 :PCNA、p53、Rb在平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤的阳性表达分别为 2 ,2 5例 (P <0 0 5) ;1,15例 (P >0 0 5) ;1,16例 (P <0 0 5)。表明检测基因产物PCNA、p53、Rb的表达有助于判断平滑肌肿瘤的良恶性及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expressions of PCNA,p53,and Rb gene proteins were examined in 27 leiomyosarcomas and 5 leiomyomas immunohistochemically.The positive expressions of PCNA,p53,and Rb gene proteins in leiomyomas and leiomyosarcomas were 2,25(P<0 05);1,15(P>0 05);1,16(P<0 05)respectively.The expressions of PCNA,p53 and pRb gene proteins maybe contribute to judge the malignancy and prognosis of smooth muscle tumor.
