【摘要】 提出了柔性约束规划这一新的规划思路 ,即根据电网的实际情况 ,允许电网的一些线路在N- 1的情况下出现一定的过负荷 ,以获得可观的经济效益 ,并使多种规划方法相互配合成为可能。建立了柔性约束规划的数学模型 ,并运用遗传算法进行求解。与传统规划方法相比较 ,说明了其经济性和可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a new planning method,which is flexible constrained planning. According to the practical situations of power networks,flexible constrained planning allows some lines overload in some cases in order to gain considerable economic benefits,which makes it possible for planning m ethods to be cooperated each other. Based on flexible constrained planning,the mathematics model of power network planning is presented and solved by use of the genetic algorithm.This m ethod is compared with the conventional planning method and the result proves its econom y and feasibility.更多还原
