配电系统多媒体网络RTU的设计和实现
DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF MULTIMEDIA NETWORKRTU APPLIED IN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
【摘要】 将数字信号处理、多媒体、安全防范和基于 TCP/IP协议的网络通信技术与传统的变电站监控系统结合起来 ,提出了一个应用于无人值班变电站的多媒体网络 RTU(MNRTU)的新构想。与现有的 RTU相比 ,MNRTU不但能完成基本的“四遥”功能 ,而且能够实现诸如多媒体实时监控、变电站自动报警、IP电话等特色功能 ,同时也使得高速通道的带宽资源得到了高效利用。然而 ,现有的 SCADA系统还不能直接获取和解析 MNRTU的 IP数据报文 ,结合工程实际 ,文中设计了一个简单实用的技术方案 ,较好地解决了 MNRTU和现有 SCADA系统的通信接口问题
【Abstract】 According to the development trend of distribution automation system, a new scheme of multimedia network RTU(MNRTU) for non-attended substations is discussed. The scheme combines the advances in DSP, multimedia, securitydefense and communication with traditional substation supervision system. Comparing with the current RTU. this scheme,MNRTU, implements not only the basic RTU functions, but also some new special functions such as multimedia remote realtime supervision, substation auto-warning function, and lP telephone, etc, while the bandwidth resource of communicationline is fully used. To solve the problem that most SCADA system can hardly acquire and resolve the lP messages fromMNRTU directly, a simple but useful technical scheme is presented in connection with an actual project, which well realizesthe communication interface between the present SCADA system and MNRTU.
