武钢硅钢SVC的研制与实际效果的评价
RESEARCH AND PRACTICAL EFFECT ASSESSMENT OF SVC IN SILICON STEEL OF WISCO
【摘要】 武钢硅钢扩建工程中 ZR— 3轧机由于采用了交—交变频传动 ,对电网产生了大电压波动、低功率因数、高次谐波电流等危害 ,因此必须装设一套静止型无功补偿装置 (SVC)来抑制上述影响。文中从 SVC的设计与装置投运后的调试、测试结果出发 ,进行了滤波、补偿效果的比较与评价 ,并介绍了 SVC的技术特点 ,以利今后工作的推广与改进
【Abstract】 During the expansion of silicon steel works of WISCO (Wuhan iron & Sted Company). the AC-AC variablefrequency drive is adopted for its ZR-3 roll, a series of problems such as large voltage fluctuation, low power factor. largeharmonic current, etc., thus occurred. Because of these, a static VAR compensator (SVC) should be installed to overcomethese troublesome influences. Based on the result of SVC design. measurement and adjustment after the equipment isinstalled, the effectiveness of its filtering and compensation function is compared and assessed. The technical features of thisSVC are introduced as well in this paper for improving them and extending such a device in future.This project is supported by Eigth Five Year Plan as the subproject of Silicon Steel Extending Project of WISCO.
