双端测距中的自适应线路参数在线估计

【摘要】 提出了一种线路参数在线 (自适应 )估计方法 ,取线路长度为线路杆塔间的水平距离 ,而把各种因素对线路参数的影响统一归入线路参数的变化 ,借助双端 (或多端 )通信工具 ,自适应半实时在线估计线路参数。在双端测距中 ,利用已有的硬件设备 ,可以有效地削弱线路参数变化对测距精度的影响。该方法对于各种架空输电线路 ,尤其是对于穿越地形复杂、气候恶劣地区 (如高寒覆冰地区 )输电线路的双端测距具有较重要意义

【Abstract】 A new technique of on--line (adaptive) estimation for the parameters of the transmission line is put forward. Thewhole length of the transmission line is assumed as the horizontal distance between the towers, and all factors affecting thelocation parameters are taken account of by the variation of the location parameters of transmission line. Thus with the aid ofthe communication device equipped on the double-terminal (or multi~terminal) transmission line. the location parameters willbe estimated adaptively and at quasi--real-time. With this technique and the apparatus already available in the double-terminalfault location, the precision of location could be greatly immune from the external interference from the variation of lineparameters, especially from the variation caused by tough climate or severe cold in some areas where the lines pass through.
