Fe-Al合金堆焊层的组织和性能研究
Study on Microstructure and Property of Fe-Al Alloy Clad Metal
【摘要】 借助能谱的成分分析,用透射电镜选区电子衍射(SAED)技术,确定了堆焊金属的组织结构,并对堆焊金属、2.25Cr-1Mo钢母材及304不锈钢的高温(900℃)抗氧化性能进行试验比较.研究结果表明,用Fe-Al则合金条(ω(Al)=16%)堆焊2.25Cr-1Mo钢,其堆焊层组织为α-Fe(Al)堆焊层金属的高温抗氧化性能优于304不锈钢.
【Abstract】 The microstructure of Fe-Al alloy clad metal was studied by means of EDS and SAEDtechnology. High-temperature oxidation-resistance property was compared among Fe-Al alloy cladmetal, 2.25Cr- 1Mo steel and 304 stainless steel. The results show that the microstructureof clad metal is α-Fe(Al). High temperature oxidation-resistance property of clad metal is superior to304 stainless steel.
