中高速内燃机气缸直径和活塞行程的最优设计
Optimum design of cylinder diameter and piston travel for intermediate-speed and high-speed internal combustion engine
【摘要】 通过对中高速内燃机气缸直径和活塞行程的取值分析 ,建立了以中高速内燃机气缸直径和活塞行程为设计变量、以最小散热面积为目标函数的优化数学模型 ,并用模拟退火 (SA)算法对实例求出最佳缸径比 ,以利于提高中高速内燃机的效率 ,可供类似设计参考。
【Abstract】 A mathematic model, which takes minimal heat radiation as object function, cylinder diameter and piston travel as variables is established through analyzing cylinder diameter and piston travel for intermediate speed and high speed internal combustion engines Moreover, the optimum ratio of piston travel to cylinder diameter is got by using the simulated Annealing Algorithm with practical example The efficiency of the internal combustion engines is improved The method of design can also be used as reference in similar design
