超细旦丙纶梳棉工序纺纱工艺

【摘要】 根据超细旦丙纶纤维的纺纱特性 ,对梳棉工序的纺纱工艺进行了研究。结果表明 :纺制超细旦丙纶纤维时 ,应减低梳棉喂入量 ;减少刺辊分梳强度 ;增强锡林刺辊间的转移能力 ;增加道夫转移率 ;减少纤维的平均梳理时间并选择适宜的针布等

【Abstract】 The Processing technology of micro polyproopylene fiber(PP fiber) in carding process is analyzed and discussed on the basis of the characteristics of the ppfiber。It is shown that the excellent carding technology includes: reducing the weight and feed speed of the pp fiber lap, softening the co mbing action of the taker in, increasing the transport ratio between the cylinder taker in , increasing the transport ratio between the doffers, reducing the average combing period of the pp fibers and suitable take in fillet.
