【摘要】 通过在釉料中引入银系抗菌剂 ,采用正交实验法优选出抗菌白色陶质釉面砖的釉料配方及烧成条件。用抑菌圈法和薄膜覆盖法检测了釉面砖的抗菌效果。结果表明 :素烧温度 1130℃、釉烧温度 10 5 0℃ ,釉料中添加磷酸银 2 %、磷酸钙 5 %可获得良好的抗菌性能 ,各项指标均达到国家标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using silver series antibacterial agent as composition, we have prepared antibacterial glazed tiles. The glaze formula and conditions of fritting are determined by orthogonal experiment. The sterilizing effectiveness has been verified by Holo Test and Film-cove ring Test. The results show that the glazed ceramic tiles has excellent antibacterial action, whiteness, glaze fit, and other properties, by adding 2% of silver phosphate, 5%of phosphatic calcium, and biscuit firing at 1?130?℃,fritting at 1?050?℃. All the performance indexes meet the Glazed Ceramic Tiles National Standard.更多还原
