提高球磨机细磨效率的有效方法
Effective approach for improving the fine gringing rate of ball grinding mill
【摘要】 目前 ,不论是陶瓷生产用的球磨机 ,还是实验室用的小球磨罐 ,都存在着耗能多 ,效率低的缺点。影响球磨机细磨效率的因素很多 ,本文仅从粗细料分开磨 ,以倾斜代替水平磨 ,以边磨边筛分代替一次性粉磨三方面进行球磨实验。探讨了提高球磨机细磨效率的有效方法。
【Abstract】 The ball grinding mills, both in ceramics production and in experimental use, are defective in high energy consuming, low grinding efficiency. There are a lot of factors influencing the fine grinding rate of ball grinding mill.This article reports the milling experiments in three aspects:grind rough and fine materials separately;use sloping grinding instead of horizontal grinding ;use grinding and screening separation at the same time instead of powdery grinding only.These experiments provide useful ways to improve the fine grinding rate of ball grinding mill.
