常压碱法制备支链酸
Preparation of branched aliphatic acid by alkalinous method under normal pressure
【摘要】 采用支链脂肪醇利用碱为催化剂经高温常压氧化制备支链酸 ,并对影响反应的催化剂的种类、组成、温度、时间诸因素进行了探讨 ,找到了实验室制备支链脂肪酸的最佳反应条件。在碱醇摩尔比为 ( 1~ 1 .5)∶1 ,NaOH与KOH摩尔比为 3∶7,反应温度为 370~ 375℃ ,反应时间为 50min ,所得脂肪酸产率最高。
【Abstract】 We have prepared branched aliphatic acid from guefert alcohol by oxidation, using alkaline as catalyzator under high temparature and normal pressure.Different facotrs affecting the reaction, including kind of catalyzator, ingredient,temperature, and time are investigated. The optimum laboratory reaction conditions are determined as follows: Mohr ratio of alkaline and alcohol, NaOH∶KOH 3∶7, reaction temparature 370-375?℃, reaction period of time 50 min.
