粉末材料常温压制成型残余应力分布研究
Research on residual stress distribution of powdered material mould by pressure at ambient temperature
【摘要】 研究并给出了自制压力传感器的设计原理及性能指标 .利用自行设计的传感器 ,预埋在用细质土模拟的粉末材料中 ,测定在常温下成型过程中加、卸载时压坯内的应力分布 .重点研究对成型后的残余应力分布的影响 ,得出了材料成型过程中残余应力分布规律和裂纹成因 .解决了粉末材料成型开裂问题 ,实践也证明自行设计的传感器稳定性能好 ,适应性强 .
【Abstract】 The design philosophy and the performance of a self made pressure sensor are presented. With the sensor, pressure distribution in the mould during the compaction process is determined, from loading to unloading, by burying the sensor in powdered materials. The effect of pressure distribution of powdered material mould by pressure in compaction on residual stress distribution after the process is studied.
