【Abstract】 Based on the Sequential Method described in the Resolution IMO A 868 (20), this article mainly deals with the general scheme and limitations of ballast water exchange at sea. The Sequential Method described in the Resolution IMO A 868 (20) are introduced. The ballast exchanging scheme described in this article not only ensures safety of ballast water exchange and navigation of larger vessels, but also reduces the amount of calculation work and blindness of the chief mate in ballast water exchange.更多还原
