环孢菌素A及雷公藤多甙对皮肤角朊细胞株增殖抑制的试验研究
Research and Experiment of the Inhibiting Ability of Ciclosporin A and Triptergium Wilfordii Hook f Multi - glycoside to the Proliferation of Keratinocyte Lines
【摘要】 目的:以皮肤角朊细胞株为模型,探讨免疫抑制剂环孢菌素A及中药雷公藤多甙外用治疗增殖性皮肤病机制。方法:用MTT法研究两药对皮肤角阮细胞株的增殖抑制。结果:环孢菌素A浓度为10-4mg/ml、雷公藤多甙浓度为0.25~0.5μg/ml时,两药开始抑制角阮细胞株增殖,随两药浓度增加,其抑制增殖能力亦增加。
【Abstract】 Objective; To investigate the mechanism of the external use of the two Immunosuppressive agents - Ci-dosporin A (CSA) and Triptergium Wilfordii Hook f Multi - glycoside (TWG) to proliferatory skin diseases. Method: MTT method is usedto evaluate the inhibition effect of the two agents to the proliferation of keratinocyte lines. Result: when the doses reach to 10-4mg/ml for CSA and 0.25-0.5μg/ml for TWG the inhibition begins. With the increasing of the doses, the inhibiting ability of the two agents also increases.
