【摘要】 提出了一种激光自动对准系统，可用于彩管封口机中电子枪相对于屏面的定位。该系统由激光器、激光准直部分、传感器、单片机控制系统、驱动电路及专用减速器组成，在单片机控制系统的控制下，自动完成电子枪的定位任务。模拟实验证明该定位方法完全能在要求的定位精度内实现电子枪的自动定位。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a laser automatic positioning alignment system is presented which position the electron gun relating to the screen. This system consists of laser, laser collimating, a sensor, a controlling system of single chip microcomputer, driving circuit and special reducer. Under the control of single chip microcomputer, it completes the locating of electron gun automatically. The simulated experiment shows that this system completely position the electron-gun in the rang of positioning precision.更多还原
