地震灾害损失预测系统计算原理与主要功能
The algorithm principle and main functions of earthquake disaster and loss prediction system
【摘要】 “地震灾害损失预测系统”(EDLP 1 .0 for Windows)采用概率性方法或确定性方法对各类建筑群体和主要建筑物单体 ,在一定地震危险性环境下的易损性与经济损失进行预测 ,并可通过抽样统计确定主要建筑物单体和群体的震害矩阵 ,适用于城乡各类建筑物震害及损失预测 ,为建筑物抗震性能鉴定、抗震防灾规划或地震应急对策的制定提供定量依据。并简要介绍了地震灾害及损失定量评估的计算原理、地震灾害损失预测系统的主要功能和预测实例。
【Abstract】 Earthquake Disaster and Loss Prediction system (EDLP 1.0 for windows) is designed to predict the vulnerability and economic losses of one or a group of buildings by using the probability or deterministic prediction methods. The monomer or group earthquake disaster matrixes of main types of buildings can be also obtained by sampling. The software system can be applied to predict the disaster and loss of buildings caused by potential earthquakes in both city and country areas. The principle of this algorithm and the main functions of the system are briefly introduced in the paper.
