应用压电陶瓷的减振复合材料研究
Study of Damping Composite Material Using Piezoelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 根据压电、导电的原理,研究了CPE/BaTiO3/VGCF体系中,机械振动能通过压电陶瓷钛酸钡转换成电能,并通过材料中VGCF形成的导电网络,将电能转换成热能,从而达到减振效果的现象。
【Abstract】 New piezoelectric mechanical dampers have been fabricated by using composites of polymer (CPE) :piezoelec-tric(BaTiO3) :carbon fiber(VGCF) . Mechanical vibration energy,Transmitted to piezoelectric particles, is converted into electric energy by piezoelectric effect, is converted into Joule’s heat through the conduction paths between electroconduc-tive fiber in the polymeric matrix. This is a new damping mechanism.
