【Abstract】 The paper presents a novel ZVZCT soft-switching PWM converter: the voltage and currentwaveforms of the transistor are ladder-shaped and stagger each other, and auxiliare switches are turned on andoff under zero-current. It is very attractive for high power application where IGBT is predominantly used as thepower switches. Theoretical analysis, parameters selection, computer simulation, and experiment results arepresented to explain the proposed scheme.更多还原
