【摘要】 对云南省澜沧江下游地区 5个县 (市 )进行了肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)病毒抗原和抗体调查 ,黄胸鼠 (Rattusflavipectus)肺中 HFRS相关抗原带病毒率为 3.73% (31/830 ) ,血清 HFRS抗体阳性率为 1.31% (7/5 35 ) ;人血清中HFRS抗体阳性率为 2 .76 % (15 /5 44 ) ,首次证实该地区存在 HFRS自然疫源地更多还原

【Abstract】 The antigen and antibody against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) virus had been investigated in Jinhong,Menghai,Mengla, Simao and Langcang counties in the lower reaches area of Langcang River, Yunnan Province.The results showed that HFRS virus carrier rate in the lungs of Rattus flavipectus was 3.52%(31/881),the postive rate of HFRS antibody against HFRS virus in Rattus flavipectus was 2.76%(15/544) and that in human being is 1.31%(7/535).It is firstly confirmed that there is the nature foci of HFRS in the area.更多还原
