鼠疫菌pH6抗原的免疫效果观察

【摘要】 对实验条件下鼠疫耶尔森氏菌 p H6抗原的免疫效果及其对鼠疫强毒菌再攻击的保护力进行了观察 :(1)建立了鼠疫菌 p H6抗原的酶联免疫吸附试验 (简称 p H6 Ag- EL ISA)及间接红细胞凝集试验 (简称 p H6 Ag- IHA)检测技术 ,检测敏感、特异 ;(2 )用常规方法免疫小鼠 ,以 p H6 Ag- EL ISA和 p H6 Ag- IHA两种方法进行检测 ,实验动物均出现了较高滴度的免疫反应 ,其最高滴度分别为 1∶ 12 80 0和 1∶ 10 2 40 ;(3)对 40只免疫昆明小鼠进行鼠疫强毒菌攻击 ,其半数致死量虽较对照组稍有提高 ,但保护效果不明显 ;对产生这一结果的原因进行了分析 ,在此基础上 ,对其在鼠疫免疫中的地位做出了评价

【Abstract】 The immune effect of Yersinia pestis pH6 antigen and its protective ability that the immunized mice were attacked by virulent strain were observed under laboratory condition. The results showed that (1) The techniques for Yersinia pestis pH6 antigen enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (pH6 ELISA) and Yersinia pestis indirect red blood cell agglutinate assay(pH6 IHA) were established. They were sensitive and special;(2)48 mice were immunized by common method and all appeared immune reaction with higher titer(1∶12 800 and 1∶10 240 respectively) by tested with pH6 ELISA and pH6 IHA;(3)40 immunized KM mice were attacked with Yersinia pestis virulent strain. The LD 50 was slightly raised compared with the control, but protective ability was not obvious; The reason caused the result was analysed and on the basis,the status in immunology of Yersinia pestis was evaluated.
