【摘要】 目的 :进一步研究灯盏细辛 [Erigeron breviscapus( Vant.) Hand.- Mazz.]的化学成分。 方法 :采用硅胶柱层析对灯盏细辛的氯仿萃取部分的化学成分进行分离和纯化 ,应用理化常数和光谱分析 ( IR,MS,1 HNMR,1 3 CNMR)鉴定其结构。结果 :得到 6个单体化合物 ,结构分别为 3,4-二羟基肉桂酸 ( 3,4- dihydroxy- phenyl acrylic acid, ) ,α-甲氧基 - γ-吡喃酮 ( α-methoxy- γ- pyranone, )、豆甾醇 ( stigmasterol, )、豆甾醇 - 3- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( stigm asterol- 3- O- β- D- glucopyranoside, ) ,β-谷甾醇 ( β- sistosterol, )、胡萝卜甙 ( β- sistosterol- 3- O- β- D- glucopyranoside, )。 结论 :化合物 , , , 为首次从本植物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. Mazz. Methods: The CHCl 3 extract was isolated and purified with the silica gel column chromatography. The compounds were determined on the basis of spectral analysis(IR, MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR). Results: Six compounds were isolated and the structures were identified as 3, 4 dihydroxy phenyl acrylic acid (Ⅶ), α methoxy γ pyranone (Ⅷ), stigmasterol (Ⅸ), stigmasterol 3 O β D glucopyranoside(Ⅹ), β sistosterol (Ⅺ), β sistosterol 3 O β D glucopyranoside (ⅩⅡ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅺ,ⅩⅡ are isolated from this plant for the first time. [更多还原
