【摘要】 为观察不同静脉麻醉药在小儿眼科手术中麻醉效果和对机体影响 ,6 8例择期手术病人随机分成 3组给药 ,A组 :氯胺酮 +安定 +r-OH ,B组 :氯胺酮 +杜冷丁 +氟哌定 ,C组 :r -OH +氟哌定 +芬太尼。结果发现麻醉效果B组很好 ,A组较好 ,C组较差。呼吸抑制程度 ,A、C两组均小于B组。SPO2 、PaO2 值 :C组与A组比较降低 (P <0 0 5)。PaCO2 值 :C组与B组比较增加 (P <0 0 5) ,C组与A组比较增加 (P <0 0 1)。IOP值 :C组与B组比较增加 (P <0 0 5)。苏醒时间 :A组长于C组 ,C组长于B组。恶心呕吐发生 :A组 6次 ,B组2次 ,C组 1次。说明A组配方最好 ,B组较好 ,C组较差更多还原

【Abstract】 The anesthetic effectiveness of three-group different intravenous anesthetics including group A:ketamine+diazepam+r-hydroxybutyrate sodium(r-OH),group B:ketamine+dolantine+droperidol and group C:fentanyl+droperidol+r-OH on ophthalmic operation in pediatrics was observed,and the influences of these anesthetics on the body were also investigated in 60 children with various ophthalmic diseases.The results were as follows:⑴The anesthetic stable pattern used,as a main indicator of anesthetic potency:the group A was very good,the group B was fairly good,the group C was relatively poor.⑵Respiratory deperssion degree:both the group A and group C<the group B.⑶SPO 2,PaO 2 values in the group C were obviously lower than those of the group A (P<0 05).⑷PaCO 2 value in the group C was significantly higher than in the group B(P<0 05) and the group A(P<0 01),respectively.⑸The IOP value in the group C was markedly increased than those of the group B (P<0 05).⑹Consciousness recovery time of the anesthesia in the group A was longer than the group C,the group C longer than the group B.⑺Times of nausea and vomiting:the group A>the group B>the group C(six,two times and one time,respectively).The findings suggest that prescription of the group A is very good,next is the group C,but the prescription of the group C is poor relatively.更多还原
