【Abstract】 In this paper, we summarize the main points of bases and radical principles impending the Xiuyan-Haicheng earthquake prediction. We also discuss about the seismic parameters application and predictive value of premonitory Anomaly after a main earthquake, and precursor significance of recent earthquakes in North China.
