三种镀覆层材料抗烧蚀性能评价

【摘要】 设计了烧蚀模拟试验装置 ,进行了烧蚀模拟试验 ,评价了镀铬层与 Ta- 10 W覆层、激光处理前后的镀铬层的耐烧蚀性能 ,分析讨论了烧蚀试验结果 .镀铬层以剥落的形式破坏 ,镀铬层经激光处理后与基体的结合力增强 ,镀铬层不再剥落 ,耐烧蚀性能改善 ,Ta- 10 W覆层的耐烧蚀性能最好

【Abstract】 The device of erosion simulation experiment has been designed. The erosion simulation experiment is engaged in. The erosion resistance of chromium, Ta 10W and chromium coatings laser surface modified are investigated. The result of erosion experiment is discussed. Chromium coating is destroyed in form of removed. The adhesion between chromium coating and steel has been enhanced by means of laser surface modifying. Chromium coating laser surface modified has not peeled off in erosion. The erosion resistant of Ta 10W is the best among the three types of coating.
