钕铁硼基体上的电镀
Electroplating on neodymium-iron-boron substrate
【摘要】 钕铁硼磁体是一种具有高磁化强度的材料 ,是采用粉末烧结技术制成的。其结构疏松、多孔 ,稳定性和耐蚀性差 ,须进行防锈处理。在此分析了其防锈处理的特殊性 ,提出了镀锌、化学镀镍等防锈措施并介绍了其工艺过程。
【Abstract】 Neodymium-iron-boron is a highly magnetized material which is made from powdered agglutination. It has loose and porous structure, poor stability and corrosion resistance which make it essential for the material to be antirust treated. The specialty of the antirust treatment of neodymium-iron-boron was introduced, antirust measurements of zinc plating and electroless nickel plating were advanced, and the detailed processes were described.
