【Abstract】 In view of the weaknesses of acidic electroless nickel plating such as high temperature, large energy consumption and poor stability, a desired combined complexing agent has been optimized which decreases the temperature of electroless nickel plating to 70℃, without reducing the plating rate, deposit brightness and corrosion resistance.
