【Abstract】 Electroplating of aluminum and its alloy was studied. Based on traditional zincate-immersing method, zinc-immersing followed with iron-nickel immersing and dual zincate-immersing followed with dull nickel strike plating using square wave alternate current were presented. The resultant deposit had advantages such as bright, smooth, good adherence and eliminated cross corrosion. Furthermore, electroplating process for aluminum-silicon alloy such as aluminum hub was experimented. Deposit adherence was quantitatively determined using our self-designed device.更多还原
