【摘要】 从中央电大１９９９年１１月下旬开展的教学检查情况看，开放教育试点的进展基本上是健康有序的，但也存在着一些问题。本文从招生、入学测试、入学教育、教学模式、多种媒体教材的建设和使用状况、实践性教学环节（作业布置）、考试、教学现代化教学管理、教育研究等方面分析了开放教育试点工作的现状、存在的问题，并试着提出解决问题的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Generally speaking, the Open Education Pilot Program is going on well, but there are also many problems. This paper discusses the present situations, and the existing problems through analysis of enrolment, entrance tests, orientation, teaching modes, design and use of multi-media course materials, monitoring of learning process, testing, administration and research.
