硫酸盐镀锌过程中金属杂质的影响
Effects of Metallic Impurities on Sulphate Galvanizing
【摘要】 采用霍尔槽实验法研究了高速硫酸盐镀锌液中常见的 5种金属杂质离子对镀锌层表面质量的影响 ,发现银、铅、铜离子对镀层的外观有着显著的影响 ,并对造成这些影响的原因及去除这些杂质离子的方法进行了探讨
【Abstract】 Effects of five common metallic impurities in high speed sulphate bath on appearance of Zn deposit has been investigated by Hull cell experiment, among which those ions of Ag, Pb and Cu are obvious. Their causes and methods of removing them are discussed.
