【Abstract】 Effects of additive BHCrl on the dynamics of chromium electrodeposition was studied. The effect of additives on current efficiency of cathode were measured, current distribution of each cathodic reaction prior to and after adding BHCrl was calculated and monadic linear regression equating for reaction dynamics equation of cathode current density between 30～60A/dm 2 conducted.更多还原
