【摘要】 大学生心理健康教育已经被排上高校头等议事日程，采取形之有效的心理咨询方式和方法，是普及和推广心理咨询工作的重点。

【Abstract】 The Psychological qualify of college students is very important on the agenda of colleges and universities. To universalize psychological consulting service should center on effective psychological consulting method.
