【Abstract】 The author presents the main functions of the high voltage, high speed and huge memory transient measurement equipment, the design of the hardware, software. The author introduces the hardware design of the high speed, huge memory data sampler, and explains the know-how of the design of the data analysis sofwave, program-controlled voltage deriver and the anti-interfere measures, which the equipment has a good performance on site.It is realized the automatic digital measurement, and is satisfied with the requirement of high voltage digital measmement.更多还原
