搁置时间和温度对MH-Ni电池性能的影响
Effects of shelving time and temperature on Ni-MH battery
【摘要】 采用封口化成工艺的MH Ni电池封口后的搁置是电池生产中的重要工序。MH Ni电池经热处理以后初期电性能较好 ,但因其高的漏液率 ,容量损失大等综合性能较差而予以否定 ,常温搁置至少3天则对电池活化较为有利。
【Abstract】 Shelving is an important procedure for Ni_MH battery after sealed formation. The initial performances are improved by means of thermal treatment,however,it can’t be adopted because of higher leakage,capacity loss and poor comprehensive performances.It will be beneficial to the battery activation if the battery is shelved 3 days or more at normal temperature.
