法国鹌鹑脑垂体神经叶的超微结构研究

【摘要】 用电子显微镜技术 ,对法国鹌鹑脑垂体神经叶的超微结构进行了研究 .观察结果表明 ,脑垂体神经叶由无髓神经纤维及末梢、垂体细胞、室管膜细胞、毛细血管、结缔组织构成 .无髓神经纤维末梢内含许多神经分泌颗粒 ,大多终止于有孔型毛细血管的基膜处 ,这为分泌物质释放入血提供了有利条件 .神经叶中漏斗隐窝表面有一层室管膜细胞 .室管膜细胞基部与神经末梢紧密相接 ,此处胞质中可见微吞饮小泡 ,因此认为 ,室管膜细胞可能参与神经分泌物质的释放

【Abstract】 Ultrastructure of the pars nervosa in the French quail have been studied by means of electron microscopy. The observations show that pars nervosa is composed of monmyelinated nerve fibres and terminals, pituicytes, ependymal cells, blood capillaries and connective tissue. The nerve terminals, containing many vesicles filled with neurosecretory substances, contact closely the endothelial basement membranes. This faciliatates the neurosecretory substances to release into the blood. The ependymal cells form a layer lining the branches of infundibular recess. Some nerve terminals abut directly on the ependymal cells. Some pinosomes can be seen in ependymal cytoplasm on the side nearest the nerve terminals. The authors suggest that ependymal cells are involved in the releasing of the neurosecretory substances.
