红皮云杉同工酶位点及酶系统选择

【摘要】 通过对3种研磨提取液、5种凝胶及电泳缓冲系统以及14种等位酶系统的筛选。结果表明、红皮云 杉同工酶种子研磨提取液采用c、凝胶及电泳缓冲系统采用8、#11较好。#8胶可染AAT、ADH、GDH、 DIA.#11胶可染MDH、ME、IDH、6PGD、PGI、ACO,16个位点可作为红皮云杉遗传标记。

【Abstract】 The seeds of PI’cea koraiensis from 11 sites throughout the northeast area in China were tested with 3 kinds of enzyme extraction bufTers. 5 kinds of gel electrophoresis buffers and 14 kinds of enzyme system. The results indicated that c extraction buffer and #8. #l I gel electrophoresis buffer systems were used better in the seeds of P. koraiensis than others. #8 gel electrophoresis was used to stain well in AAT, GDH and DIA. while #if in MDH, ME, IDH. 6PGD* PGI and ACO. 16 allozyme loci are taken as genetic marker for P. koraiensis.
