混交林中落叶松挥发性物质对水曲柳生长的影响
Effect of Volatile Substance of Larch on the Growth of Ash in Mixed Forest Plantation
【摘要】 通过人工栽培试验研究了落叶松水曲柳混交林中落叶松(Larixgnielini)的挥发性物质对水曲柳(Fraxinusmandshurica)生长的影响。用水蒸气蒸馏法从落叶松枝叶中制得挥发性物质.并用气相色谱法测定了各组分的含量。用气相色谱一质谱联用法鉴定了各组分的结构.发现此挥发性物质绝大部分是单萜类物质.主要组分是α-侧柏烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和γ-松油烯.同时含有少量倍半萜和二萜类物质。例如长叶烯、杜松烯、泪杉醇等。室内砂培试验结果表明:落叶松的挥发性物质对水曲柳的生长起抑制作用。模拟样地试验验证了此结果。用α-蒎烯和α-松油醇作为典型化合物进行浇灌试验。研究了萜烯烃和萜烯醇对水曲柳生长的影响程度、结果表明:萜烯烃明显抑制水曲柳的生长.萜烯醇的抑制作用稍弱。
【Abstract】 The effect of volatile substance of larch on the growth of ash was studied by artificial cultivationtests in larch-ash mixed forests. The volatile substance was steam distilled from larch leaves andbranches. and the content of constituents was determined by GC method. The constructionof constituents was identified with GC-MS analysis. The main constituents of this volatile substancewere monoterpene. The main components were α-thujene. α-pinene, β-pinene and γ-terpinene.The volatile substance contained a little of sesquiterpenes and diterpenoids. for example.longifolene.cadinene and manool etc. The result of sand culture test showed that the growth of ash was inhibitedfrom volatile substance of larch. which was verified by imitate model land test. The effect of terpenesand terpenols on the growth of ash was studied with α -pinene and α -terpinol to be the modelcompounds. The result showed that the terpenes obviously inhibited the growth of ash. and the inhibitat-ion of terpenols was weaker slightly.
