【摘要】 将生产速度和销售速度相匹配 ,并使库存量保持在一定的水平 ,利用最优控制理论研究了具有变质性的物品的生产 库存系统的最优管理问题 ,导出了最优管理策略及最优生产率的解析解 ,指出要求的生产速度须在销售速度的基础上依库存量的大小进行校正·最后将最优生产率与不考虑变质时系统的最优生产率进行了比较·结果表明 ,变质现象并不能使最优生产率绝对地大于或小于不考虑变质时系统的最优生产率 ,它与该时刻的库存量以及理想的库存量均有关系更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimal management of deteriorating production inventory system has been studied using the optimal control theory by matching the production rate with the sales rate. The optimal control is also dependent on maintaining the inventory level,and deriving the analytic solutions of the optimal management policy and the optimal production rate. The result indicates that the desired production rate must be rectified on the basis of sales rate according to the inventory level. The optimal production rate is checked against the situation without product deterioration. The results show that deterioration can not make the optimal production rate bigger or smaller absolutely than the one without deterioration. The optimal rate is more dependent on the inventory level and the desired level at this moment.更多还原
