IF深冲钢板塑性应变比的测算研究

【摘要】 利用织构数据定量估算深冲金属板材的塑性应变比R值 ,对于实现工业生产过程中板材性能和质量的在线监测与监控有着十分重要的意义·按照CMTP法 ,遵循Kochend rfer模型 ,采用简ODF ,选择非二次型屈服函数来定量预报IF超深冲钢板的R值 ,预估结果与实测值符合甚好·

【Abstract】 The quantitative prediction of the plastic strain ratio ( R value) of deep drawing steels from their crystallographic texture is essential in view of the on line nondestructive quality inspection and control. The variations of R value with the angle to the rolling direction of the ultra low carbon IF steel sheets have been calculated according to the Continuum Mechanics of Textured Polycrystals (CMTP) theory and Kochendrfer’s model by using the reduced ODFs as input. Two types of yield function, i.e. the quadratic and non quadratic types, were used to approximate the crystal yield surfaces. The results show that the non quadratic type yield function is a more appropriate choice for the R value prediction. The predicted R values for the ultra low carbon IF steel sheets were in a good agreement with the experimentally determined ones.
