【摘要】 采用Gleeble 1 50 0热力模拟实验机和自行设计的电磁装置 ,研究了低碳钢在塑性变形时电磁场作用对组织细化的影响 ,并与相同变形条件下无电磁场作用的实验结果进行了对比分析·研究结果表明 ,电磁场对变形后的组织有明显的影响 ,在相同的变形条件下随着磁场强度的增加 ,晶粒细化作用加强·

【Abstract】 The effect of magnetic field on the grain refinement of mild steel during hot deformation has been studied by using the Gleeble 1?500 hot simulation machine and electromagnetic equipment designed by ourselves. The effect is examined by a comparison with the experimental result without magnetic field under the same deformation conditions. The results show that the electromagnetic field has evidently effects on the microstructure after deformation,and the grain refinement effect increases with increasing the electromagnetic field strength under the same deformation conditions.
