基于计算机仿真技术的结构疲劳可靠性分析方法

【摘要】 利用人工神经网络建立起载荷级、累积损伤参量及材料性能之间的映射关系·建立了材料疲劳可靠性分析仿真系统 ,提出了动态失效准则 ,并利用蒙特卡洛法对随机载荷进行给定分布下的随机抽样处理 ,将随机离散仿真方法运用于模拟材料性能变化的全过程·通过仿真统计分析出的寿命分布 ,经部分实验验证 ,预测精度较高·

【Abstract】 An Artificial Neural Network model was applied to describe the relation among cumulative fatigue damage, material properties and loading stress. Based on the discrete simulation theory, a computer simulation system was built to simulate the change of the material properties in the whole process of material fatigue. A dynamic failure criterion was set up. The fatigue loading was created in a random order with a known probability distribution based on the Monte Carlo method. With the system and statistics analysis the probability distribution of the material fatigue life was obtained. Compared with the test data, the simulation outcome is accurate.
