【摘要】 给出了一个基于DataWarehouse技术的市民投诉系统的设计与实现·系统由管理子系统、语音信箱、分析决策子系统 3部分组成 ,其中分析决策子系统是实现的关键·采用DataWarehouse技术 ,以ROLAP为主要方法 ,将数据可视化技术应用于DataWarehouse,实现了多维数据的可视化处理·系统已在多个城市的投诉中心投入运行 ,取得了良好的社会效益·更多还原

【Abstract】 A design and implementation of citizen litigation system was proposed. The system was divided into management subsystem,phonic mail box,analysed decision making subsystem. The last one is the key to come true. The data warehouse technique ROLAP,figure and image technique were applied to actualize visualization of the multi dimensional data.
