【摘要】 从技术效益、投资效益、结构效益和宏观效益等四个方面 ,建立了由 1 4个指标构成的能够全面反应技术引进项目经济效益的综合评价指标体系 ;采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重 ,运用极值法对各指标值进行了规范 ,并给出了综合评价方法 ;最后对沈阳市“八五”时期不同引进方式项目经济效益进行了综合评价和分析·评价结果显示 :不同引进方式项目的经济效益 ,无论是单方面效益 ,还是综合效益 ,均极不平衡更多还原

【Abstract】 In terms of technology benefit,investment benefit,structure benefit and macro benefit,a 14 index synthetic evaluation index system on economic benefit of technological introducing projects was established. The weights were determined by using hierarchy analysis, the data was treated in extremum method and a synthetic evaluation method was presented. Finally,the situation of different introducing forms of projects in Shenyang,P.R.China during the period of the eighth five year plan was evaluated. The differences in both one sided benefit and comprehensive benefit among the different projects are very great.更多还原
