燃料电池电极用多孔碳板
Porous Carbon Plate for Fuel Cell Electrodes
【摘要】 以碳纤维、精制脱脂棉和酚醛树脂为原料 ,采用过筛法混料、热压成型 ,在惰性气氛下高温碳化工艺 ,制作了多孔碳板·研究了配料比例以及前驱体成型压力等条件对多孔碳板气体透过性和电阻率的影响 ,并考察它在磷酸燃料电池 (PAFC)中的使用效果
【Abstract】 The porous carbon plate was made by using carbon fiber,refined cotton and phenol resin as raw materials. The raw materials was mixed by screening method,then pressed into shape at 170?℃,and finally sintered in inert atmosphere at high temperature to make the plate. The effects of composition and pressing pressure on the gas permeability and electric resistivity of the plate were examined. Good performance of the plate was observed in phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC).
