发电厂锅炉水冷壁鼓包爆管的原因及处理措施

【摘要】 分析了锅炉水冷壁鼓包爆管的原因是由于 pH不合格、溶解氧合格率低、凝气器多次泄漏 ,一些杂质进入锅炉导致坑下腐蚀所至 ,并提出了防止鼓包爆管的措施。

【Abstract】 The article analysis the phenomenon of waterwall tube swelling and bursting in generating boiler.The result leakage of condenser lead to impurities corroding the tubes in pit style.Some suggestions are posed at last.
