铵型锌锰电池用化学锰的研制
Preparation of CMD Using in NH4Cl Type MnO2 Batteries
【摘要】 以直接氧化法制成的初级二氧化锰经水蒸汽处理后 ,进行重质化处理 ,制成铵型锌锰电池用化学二氧化锰 ,从X射线衍射、热重分析、孔径分布和粒度分布的测试 ,发现成品的结晶度、最可几孔径均较大 ,所制成R6、R2 0 实体电池进行放电 ,接近比利时Sedema公司FaradizerM型的水平。
【Abstract】 The fresh grade manganese dioxide was made by direct oxidation methods.It was used in the NH 4Cl type MnO 2 batteries after higher gravity processing in the vapor atmosphere.The results of XRD,TDA and the determination of the specific surface area,the pore diameter and the degree of crystallization measurements indicated the samples having good crystallization,a big pore diameter distribution and small specific surface area distribution.The R6 and R20 batteries made by this CMD showed good discharge propreties as the Faradizer M samples made by Sedema company in Belgium.
