掺磷碳材料的制备及其嵌锂行为

【摘要】 采用一步法制备热固性酚醛树脂 ,通过充放电测试确定了合适的碳化温度 ,进而制备出不同含磷量的掺杂酚醛树脂热解碳。研究了磷对硬碳结构及嵌锂性能的影响。结果表明碳材料的有序化程度提高 ,磷主要以共价键与碳环相连 ,只有小部分以氧化态存在。电极的可逆容量和充放电效率明显提高 ,其中含磷 0 2 0 (H3PO4占树脂的质量分数 )的碳首次可逆容量为 4 2 7 7mAh/g ,充放电效率为 50 75%。由循环伏安曲线可见 ,不可逆容量损失主要由发生在 0 9V左右的溶剂分解和成膜反应引起。

【Abstract】 Thermoset phenolic resin was prepared by one-step process and its suitable carbonation temperature was determined accor - ding to the charge-discharge performance and the phelonic resin containing different amounts of phosphorus was prepared.The effects of phosphorus on the structure of hard carbon and the performance of lithium intercalation were studied.Results showed that the structure of carbon was more orderly arranged,phosphorus in the carbon was mainly bonded to carbon ring with a covalent bond,and only a small fraction of it existed as oxidative state.The reversible capacity and charging/discharging efficiency was much improved,e.g.the carbon containing 20w%(the weight percent of H 3PO 4based on resin)phosphorus had a initial reversible capacity of 427.7mAh/g and a char- ging/discharging efficiency of 50.75%.The cyclic voltammetry curve showed that the irreversible capacity loss might result mainly from the decomposition of solvent and the reaction of film formation at 0.9V or so.
