红砂和猫头刺种子萌发生态适应性的研究

【摘要】 自内蒙古阿拉善荒漠区采集了红砂 (Reaumuria soongorica)和猫头刺 (Oxytropis aci-phylla)种子 ,试验室内进行了萌发生态适应性的研究。结果表明 :黑暗较光照更利于红砂种子的萌发 ,其萌发最适条件为黑暗条件下 15/ 2 5℃变温或 2 5℃恒温 ,发芽率高达 72 % ;纸上、纸间和沙上均可作为其发芽床 ,但不宜于进行砂中发芽 ;适宜光温条件下 10 d累计发芽率达最大值。猫头刺种子硬实率高达 54%~ 6 4 % ,削切种皮可有效地破除硬实 ;以 15/ 2 5℃变温和 2 5℃恒温条件下发芽率最高 ,破除硬实后达 72 %和 6 8% ;预先冷冻未能显著提高种子发芽率 ;猫头刺种子对发芽床无明显要求 ;适宜条件下 8d累计发芽率达最大值。红砂和猫头刺种子千粒重分别为 1g和 3g。讨论了 2种参试植物种子萌发特性与生态环境的关系

【Abstract】 Seeds of Reaumuria soongorica and Oxytropis aciphylla were collected from Alashan desert grassland, Inner Mongolia. Seed germination were evaluated under different temperature and light conditions in laboratory. the results showed that higher germination percentage was obtained from Reaumuria soongorica seeds maintained in the dark than under the light. The optimum germination temperatures were of 15/25 ℃ alternative and 20 ℃ constant, The maximum germination was 72%, which was obtained 10 d after incubation. The suitable substrates for germination were ‘TP’, ‘BP’ and ‘TS’, while ‘S’ was not effective for Reaumuria soongorica.Oxytropis aciphylla seed had hard seed content up to 54%~64%, which can be effectively broken by the treatment of chip off tasta fragment. The optimum temperatures for germination were 15/25 ℃ alternative and 20 ℃ constant, the germination of 72% and 68% was obtained at these conditions respectively. Prechill treatment had no effect on breaking of dormancy. All of the four substrates tested were suitable for germination. The maximum accumulated germination was obtained 8 d after incubation. 1 000 seed weights of Reaumuria soongorica and Oxytropis aciphylla were 1 g and 3 g respectively. The relationship between seed germination and ecological environment were discussed.
